Most of my business has been built on the foundation of personal referrals. After working as a Salesperson for 10 years, I went into management and subsequently managed several major franchises. In 2000, I opened Linnell Real Estate in Newtown, CT and operated for 5 1/2 years with 12 agents and a significant share of the Fairfield County market. My family moved to the Sunset Beach area in 2011 and in June of 2019 I started Calabash Realty serving the Coastal Carolinas from Ocean Isle Beach, NC, to Myrtle Beach, SC. Calabash Realty was acquired by ASAP Realty in June of 2022.
