We were very pleased to have Joel Gander represent us as we sold our first house. We were over 2 hours from his home base but that did not stop him from coming to see the house and give tips before listing. He quickly got photos done once we were ready and had multiple offers within the first couple days. He did a great job getting us the most money out of our sell which was much more than we had expected. Also We were closed and sold in less than 30 days.

We had a wonderful experience working with Joel and we will definitely be working with him again when we want to buy in the future. He helped us find our first home and made the process simple and easy for us to understand. Joel was available to answer all of our questions any time of day and he was always up for showing us a house, even when we asked to look at a lot of them!

We recently decided to sell our home and move into a fixer upper in the country. Not only did we go under contract in 3 days, Joel also helped us with our lender issues on the new home. We were not getting the support we needed from our lender on the new home and Joel took a look at some things for us and helped us find a much better lender to work with at Guild Mortgage. He didnt represent us for buying as we bought from a friend, but he went above and beyond for us. The selling process was very simple for us and Joel worked to make sure we had a place to stay during the sale. We loved the support from Joel not only in the selling process but also the buying process when he didnt have to.
