Kevin is a Partner & Principal Broker with Tradition Real Estate Partners. For over 20 years he has been actively involved within the business community in the Salem/Keizer area. Most of his professional work life initiated in the real estate industry; with title insurance/escrow for a couple years, then as a loan officer/mortgage broker for over 10 years, and most recently, prior to being a Realtor – the owner/agent of a local insurance agency. Mandi Mack is also a Partner & Principal Broker at Tradition Real Estate Partners. Years of personal home remodeling experience on several projects led Mandi to pursue a career in real estate. Mandi is a member of the Mid-Valley Association of Realtors (MVAR), National Association of REALTORS (NAR), the Home Builders Association (HBA), the Willamette Valley Multiple Listing Service (WVMLS), the Multiple Listing Service of Central Oregon (MLSCO) and Regional Multiple Listing Service (RMLS).

Born & raised in England, I've lived in Salem since 2004 with my 2 children, both of whom have become forces to be reckoned with in the Real Estate world. I have a deep desire to offer the highest level of service to my clients and the Industry as a whole. To that end, I hold the designations GRI (Graduate Realtor Institute) and SRS (Sellers Representative Specialist), both of which represent my dedication to the highest level of education in this industry. I also serve as a Grievance Committee member with the Mid Willamette Valley Association of Realtors. I serve on the Board of Directors at Willamette Humane Society & volunteer at a horse rescue too. Prior to moving to the US I received my RN Designation from the Medway Hospital School of Nursing in Gillingham, Kent. Serving others, helping people and animals has always been in my blood.

I have been a licensed real estate agent since 2013. My primary focus is helping buyers and sellers make the right decisions for their stage in life. Whether it is helping them purchase, sell or stay put - my client's needs come before my own desire to sell or list another home. I truly care about the client and how I can best help them through the real estate process.

I have over 40 years’ experience in business and marketing and hold the professional designations of Graduate, Realtor Institute Certified Buyer Representative, Certified Negotiation Expert, Master Certified Negotiation Expert, Council of Residential Specialists and Certified Luxury Home Marketing Specialist. I’m also honored to have earned the Five Star Agent award for 11 years in a row, Corvallis’s only agent so designated in Portland Monthly magazine. In my free time I participate in many civic and community service activities including the Greater Corvallis Rotary Club. My husband and I enjoy hiking the beautiful Benton County trails, visiting our daughters and family, attending cultural events and cheering on the Beavers.
