I wish there were more than 5 stars to rate the experience of working with Sam. He made selling my condo totally stress free, extremely smooth and very quick. He understand the real market extremely well, he's very thorough and extremely responsive. I've worked with many realtors in the past and I have to say he is one of a kind, a true gem to have representing the sale of your home or condo. I loved the fact that he was very clear from Day 1 how we should approach the selling of my condo. He approached the selling of my condo in a very organized manner. First he helped me to empty my place, then helped to get it staged beautifully and then entered the market at the correct time. We were sold within 48 hours at a price much more than what I expected and almost $80,000 more than what a previous agent tried selling my unit for. I am truly grateful for his dedication and hard work to get me the best price for my unit and I would highly recommend his service to my friends and family.

Sam has helped us with the purchase of two homes and leasing out our rental property. I can't say enough good things about him. He spent a lot of time understanding our needs, was very patient with us as we looked at many properties, and readily shared his expertise with us on the state of the market and best of all he has extensive knowledge with renovations. After we purchased our property, when most other real estate agents would walk away after the sale closes, Sam continued to help us with our renovations and dealing with the contractors. To this day, almost 2 years later, he's still there to take our calls and help arrange contractors to deal with maintenance and repairs of our home and rental property.
