We loved the on-line experience... we only had to do 1 trip to Toronto, the virtual staging was amazing and we did not have to pay extra for this, they use electronic signatures.. so much faster & less tedious then paper, our listing got high exposure in several media resulting in lots of viewings & multiple offers. They are results oriented... everything happened fast... the market report was presented at our first & only face-to-face meeting, the listing drafts were sent the next day & the contracts signed.. listing was out 3 days later (delayed by a snow storm).. sold within a week.. closing within a month.
