I first met Guiti at an Open House. I had the vague idea of putting up my condo for sale and had decided to try with the first real estate agent I met that day. Guiti was almost done for the day with the Open House and was about to leave when I arrived on the scene. She immediately obliged to show me the place and seemed very friendly, approachable and knowledgeable about her profession. Sure enough she helped me sell my condo shortly after listing with her. That was a number of years ago and since then she has helped me with a few more transactions. I find her outgoing, genuine, helpful and good natured. She is proficient in her professional field and is genuinely interested in her work. She does not treat her work as a moneymaking instrument only but also as a humanitarian service.
