We have found our proverbial "dream " home and we feel that Hillary was instrumental in that process. Professional, personable, extremely knowledgeable about the area, extremely helpful towards our needs and concerns , fantastic support staff (Thank-you Bella), courteous, smart and friendly. This is the first time we have posted a review about an agent's qualities and Hillary's are exemplary. We were lucky to have her as our agent.

Buying a house is difficult in the best of times. Buying a house during a pandemic adds to an already high stakes situation. Having to go through multiple offer situations, working with Hillary was great! Having already had a terrible & high pressure experience working with another realtor, we found & switched to Hillary and our experience immediately changed. Hillary was incredibly patient, was very knowledgeable, responded to our questions quickly and did not add unnecessary pressure to the process of buying our house. Hillary didn't devalue what was important to us in the buying process, she didn't show us homes that didn't check all our boxes. She made us feel like we were the priority, and not just out to make a sale. Hillary added a personal touch that we had not experienced in the buying process.

We moved recently to the Quinte West area and were looking for our first house. Hillary was referred to us by one of my colleagues. We were unsure and apprehensive in the beginning as it was a big decision for us. Hillary happily answered all our inquiries in a timely manner and helped us understand the details of the house hunting process. During the six months, braving the harsh winter weather she showed us numerous houses. At times when we were discouraged, she was patient and understanding. Overall, it was a delight working with her and we will happily recommend her to our friends and family.

My husband and I worked with Hillary in June 2021 We only had 5 days in the area to a find a house and we did! Hillary was great to work with and was very available to us for those 5 days. She also provided some helpful information about next steps after the house closed. She also presented an offer with conditions and at asking price and she got both ;) Thanks again Hillary!

Hillary is everything you want in a realtor. She has amazing response times, stayed on top of everything, is knowledgeable about this crazy competitive market, provided referrals for lawyers, trades etc. and found me a place that I can call home (with an amazing view to boot!) Buying a house while living in a different city is daunting and you can imagine what moving from a large city to the country must be like. Hillary was patient (3+month search every weekend with multiple viewings) and shared her knowledge of all things foreign to me - from septic tanks to wells! She even offered to dig the hole to the septic tank lid - now that is dedication!
