When my wife and I got into this adventure of selling our home, we didn't know how to start, so inquiring to friends we were recommended to the Paley Team. Barry and Lucas were pretty straight forward and told us what to expect, it was clear their expertise and Knowledge of the market, after reviewing all the facts, they venture to tell me my house will be sold in two weeks (it seemed to me pretty optimistic)well in a week we receive 9 offers and by the 10th day we were signing a contract. From the staging all the way to the closing they demonstrated their commitment and willingness to make this transaction expedited and possible as well as keeping us inform of every detail.
