As a teenager, he worked as a landscaping specialist for new construction developments, and residential and investment properties. From 2008-2014, he owned and worked as the manager of American Home Improvements, LLC. In these roles, he organized and operated over 160 property management, rehab, and landscaping jobs for clients. This aided clients to sell or rent their properties at higher values. Demetrius has traveled the world with his family as an Army spouse, so he has gained knowledge about housing markets all over.
