I have been a NYS licensed Realtor since 2003. In 2004 I became a franchise owner and broker and I worked as a Realtor as well as training many Central New York Realtors. In 2014 I became licensed by NYS to teach the Real Estate Licensing course. In 2016 I decided to step back and focus my time and efforts on my clients because that is what I truly love to do. I now have a very active team, EZ Home Team and we service clients in 4 counties - Onondaga, Oneida, Cayuga, and Madison County. I also have my Real Estate license in New Mexico where I have family.

Teddy prides himself on his responsiveness, honesty and work ethic. He has successfully helped clients with their residential, investment and commercial needs. Teddy was a Jamesville-DeWitt graduate and then studied Finance and Economics at St. Bonaventure University. He worked as a Financial Advisor for over a decade helping individuals and businesses with all of their investment and insurance needs. After managing tens of millions of dollars he recognized that the best investments he made were in Real Estate, and decided to pursue it full time. Teddy enjoys sports, volunteering, and spending time with his friends and family. He is passionate about giving back and helping others. He has been a mentor with the Syracuse City Schools since 2005 and is involved with many other charities and volunteer work.
