We worked with Ryan Yamini for both buying our new house and selling our old house. After stumbling on a house we were fell in love with, Ryan showed us the house in person and helped us with the contract. After they accepted our offer, we had to sell our house, which Ryan helped with as well. He came over and gave us suggestions on how to get the house ready for showings. We acted on his suggestions and cleaned up a lot of our clutter. . He had us use a tool that allowed us to accept, decline, or counter showing requests, which made it extremely easy to schedule them. We also received instant feedback through that as well, which was great. We sold our house in a short period of time.
