I am totally "in" when it comes to Real Estate. Right out of college I had an interest in Real Estate investing. I have flipped 40 + houses over the years. I own and manage my own rental properties and I have been an agent with RE/MAX Realty Consultants since 2003. During that time I have sold well over 500 homes. Even after doing this I still love to watch HGTV after hours to learn more about remodeling and design with houses. I guess I have the housing bug pretty bad.
