I have bought and sold many homes in my 71 years. After moving to NC last year, I was extremely fortunate to find the best realtor anyone could ever ask for when Dalia Howard showed me the first house I saw. She consistently sent me links to other homes that were within the parameters I set. She was so patient when I continually changed my mind about viewing something I had told her I wanted to see. When the perfect home in the perfect place was finally found, Dalia did more for me than any realtor ever did before. I was astonished at how she continually went above and beyond what was her responsibility. I had to go out of town for the two weeks immediately following the signing of the contract. Dalia recommended and then scheduled all the due diligence inspections with contractors. She was always patient with me, always kind, and always more helpful than I would ever imagine a realtor to be. If I'm gushing about the services Dalia provided, it's because it is well deserved.

My wife and I chose to work with Dalia because my son and his wife highly recommended her to us. She more than met our expectations. She was exceptionally prepared and very professional throughout the process. What impressed me most was how personable/caring she was with my mother. Unfortunately, we needed to sell my mother's home as she recently moved into an assisted living facility. If was a difficult time for my mother and the whole family. Dalia helped my family buy a house during a very tough time in the market- the fall of 2021. There were a lot of emotional ups-and-downs for us, but Dalia was always very patient and calm. She was easy to get a hold of and very responsive to our texts/emails. She showed us dozens of houses, all of them on short notice.
