Im Tyler Reeves, a licensed real estate broker with Keller Williams Great Smokies in Waynesville, North Carolina. As an eighth-generation Haywood County native, I have deep roots in Western North Carolina and a strong understanding of the land, communities, and lifestyle that make this area special. Before entering real estate, I spent nearly eight years as a land-surveying crew chief throughout Western North Carolina. That experience gave me valuable knowledge of land, boundaries, construction, and mountain properties. My background in automotive sales management also strengthened my skills in negotiation, communication, financing, and deal structuring. I help buyers and sellers navigate the real estate process with clarity, responsiveness, and attention to detail. I value lasting relationships and work hard to earn the trust of every client and referring agent. Outside of real estate, my wife and I are raising our three children and are proud to call Western North Carolina home.
