Born in rural Tennessee and growing up in Atlanta, Jason went on to graduate with honors from Georgia State University with a degree in Finance, which compliments his expertise in real estate endeavors. Like many folks who call Western North Carolina home, Jason and his wife Emily visited once and immediately returned home and began to pack, heading for the mountains. That was 2009 and they've never looked back, putting down roots and welcoming their son Ben in 2014. When not helping clients with their real estate needs, Jason and his family enjoy all of the great things Western North Carolina has to offer, including whitewater kayaking, mountain biking, hiking, camping, snowboarding, and gardening.

We both have had the privilege to work for the University of Southern California and Western Carolina University in neighboring Cullowhee. We fell in love with the area, the people, and the culture. We could have moved anywhere to start our family but chose Western NC to do so and have not looked back!

Nicki and Mark came to Western North Carolina from different locations at the same time, the summer of 2016. Nicki moved south from upstate NY and Mark, north from the greater Tampa area in Florida. Mark believes that your home is not only your biggest investment but also the place that holds your memories as does Nicki. As a proud father of two amazing adult daughters and a very proud grandfather to four wonderful grandchildren, he knows that memories of the fun and good times are what make a house a home. As a proud mother of six adult children, Nicki feels that a home is what helps form a child into the adults they become. As passionate animal lovers, their home is always a haven for various furry rescues. Mya and Brooke, lab mixes, Ruby, a red golden retriever, and Cisco, the cat, appear in social media frequently. Nicki comes from a background that includes office management, sales and marketing while Mark worked in the mortgage industry previously.

I am very proud to say that I am a native of Asheville NC. I grew up just outside of the city in the Leicester community. My professional background in healthcare provided me with a passion to serve others and a greater ability to understand client needs at a higher level. After leaving healthcare I chose to transition to real estate where I could continue to serve others. Being a native I have a unique perspective of all the different areas and opportunities Western North Carolina has to offer.
