Originally from Kalamazoo, Michigan, I "transplanted" my family in Waynesville NC in 1999 after discovering the many assets of this community located in the beautiful Great Smoky Mountains. I chose this area because I believe it is an ideal place to live and raise a family. Having been through the relocation process myself, I fully understand the process! Throughout our real estate careers, we have been able to share many of our past experiences to entertain and enlighten your buying and selling experience. We both have had the privilege to work for the University of Southern California and Western Carolina University in neighboring Cullowhee. We fell in love with the area, the people, and the culture. We could have moved anywhere to start our family but chose Western NC to do so and have not looked back!

My husband, Travis, and I are both Haywood County natives. We work as a team with RE/MAX Executive- The Rogers Real Estate Team. Travis grew up in the Waynesville area and graduated from Tuscola High School and later, Western Carolina University. I grew up outside of Canton in the Cruso area and graduated from Pisgah High School and Asheville Buncombe Technical Community College with degrees in Dental Assisting and Dental Hygiene. We have 3 rambunctious boys that keep us busy and are often seen with us at showings and house previews.

As an accomplished real estate broker in the Asheville area, Jason combines a love for the outdoors with a passion for exceeding client expectations in all things real estate related. Born in rural Tennessee and growing up in Atlanta, Jason went on to graduate with honors from Georgia State University with a degree in Finance, which compliments his expertise in real estate endeavors. Like many folks who call Western North Carolina home, Jason and his wife Emily visited once and immediately returned home and began to pack, heading for the mountains. That was 2009 and they've never looked back, putting down roots and welcoming their son Ben in 2014. When not helping clients with their real estate needs, Jason and his family enjoy all of the great things Western North Carolina has to offer, including whitewater kayaking, mountain biking, hiking, camping, snowboarding, and gardening.

Before getting into real estate, I worked as a Human Resource Director, where I learned the value of taking care of people's needs, negotiating on their behalf and working toward achieving their goals. This has greatly helped me in building long lasting relationships with my clients as their trusted advisor.
