My wife, Becky, and I met during our college years, married, and relocated to Hatteras Island over two decades ago. In 1999, we founded and successfully operated Happy Waters, a pool and spa business. After obtaining our real estate licenses, we sold our business in 2021 to focus exclusively on real estate sales by establishing All at Sea Realty.
