Stacey Baittinger

Stacey began her real estate career in 2003 as a licensed real estate broker and has earned her certified residential specialist (CRS) accreditation. She joined Carolina Designs in 2010 and first served on the front lines as the leading reservationist. Stacey is a strong force in the real estate community serving on the Multiple Listing Service Committee with the Outer Banks Association of Realtors. She is a trusted adviser to her clients and goes the extra mile to get the deal done. Stacey and her husband purchased an oceanfront vacation rental home in Avon in 2018 galvanizing her knowledge with personal experience. Stacey is an Old Dominion University Alumni and a Virginia Beach native. She is also a certified firefighter and volunteered at the Kill Devil Hills Fire Department for six years. Stacey and her husband Ken and their two dogs live on the sound in Kill Devil Hills. Stacey loves jogging on the beach, yoga, photography, and boating.
