Being the captain on a robotics team at UNC Asheville for 2 years helped me realize how powerful it is to have a team that is working together to accomplish shared extraordinary goals. While I'm not busy helping clients with their real estate needs, I enjoy kayaking, fishing, wakeboarding, remote controlled airplanes and drones, traveling, and robotics.

Caleb Phillips is a Western North Carolina native whose deep knowledge of the area and passion for real estate investing led him to found Lusso Realty in 2018. Since then, he's helped people all over WNC achieve their goals of buying and selling real estate while delivering a level of white glove service. He's been married for twelve blissful years to Dominique, and they have two sons named Ryder and Atlas. In his spare time, he enjoys relaxing with family and volunteering at Elevation Church.

As an eighth-generation native of Yancey County, I am proud of my Appalachian roots and consider myself lucky to have been raised in these mountains. It is certainly no wonder why people flock to the Blue Ridge area, and I enjoy welcoming folks to this beautiful corner of the world. Away from the office, you can find me volunteering in my community, attending a concert at one of our many incredible local venues, or taking in a festival celebrating our mountain culture. I am an avid outdoor enthusiast who enjoys camping, hiking, and canoeing. I am also a lifelong equestrian and relish the tranquility of my own mountain farm.

Before getting into real estate, I worked as a Human Resource Director, where I learned the value of taking care of people's needs, negotiating on their behalf and working toward achieving their goals. This has greatly helped me in building long lasting relationships with my clients as their trusted advisor.
