About
I earned my degree in Appropriate Technology and Building Science from Appalachian State University, which gives me a strong foundation in construction, home systems, and energy efficiency- knowledge that directly benefits my real estate clients.
Before transitioning into real estate, I worked as a business manager at a local structural engineering firm and later with the ASU Energy Center, where I helped support statewide efforts to improve home energy efficiency standards. These experiences allow me to look beyond the surface of a home and help clients understand what truly matters.
Having bought and sold multiple homes in the area myself, I understand both the excitement and nerves that come with major real estate decisions. I take a hands-on, thoughtful approach; listening closely, offering clear guidance, and serving as a trusted resource for local services, second-home ownership, and short-term rental considerations.
