About
From childhood through a winding career path, all roads eventually led to houses and homes. My first jobs in the restaurant industry helped hone my work ethic, professionalism, and skills in customer service, teamwork, leadership, communication, and multitasking. Then I decided to go to AB-Tech for a Civil Engineering Technology degree. I worked as a Civil Designer for seven years doing all the things required prior to building with an emphasis on planning and zoning. I have done private consulting to help people with problems ranging from zoning backyard drainage to property line disputes.
With my unique professional background and significant personal experience as a property investor and house-flipper I bring sensibility, knowledge, and experience to the home buying process. As a wife, mother of three, and lifelong resident of WNC, Kathleen brings neighborly understanding to what can be an overwhelming experience.
