Showed up late @ initial meeting Could update photo of himself, his pic appears to be from a long time ago. Talks way too much. Granted, he finally got the job done, but seemed to “park” on a deal that favored him. That seemed to take quite a little extra time and it was costing 500/month to own that house. I’m sure Pat was a real ball buster in his day, but I think it has passed. I don’t think my family would use him again.
