I would not recommend renting from Plummer as a landlord. I lived here three years before she took over management and never had issues with previous landlords. Since then, maintenance problems, mold, plumbing issues, and smoke coming through vents were ignored. I also reported inappropriate behavior from the maintenance worker and ongoing neighbor harassment that was never addressed. Communication has been poor and many issues were never resolved. Based on my experience, I would not recommend renting from this property manager.
