Strong Work Ethic Having grew up in a rural part of Missouri on a farm, it was just a given that the animals had to be fed and chores had to be done before we fed ourselves. The hours can be long and it is a 7 day a week job, week in, week out. That upbringing trained me to prioritize tasks and do what needs to be done. In addition, I was taught loyalty and to keep my word and do what I say I will do.
