We first came into contact with Andy while looking online at a property on Easter and sent a message we would like to see it. It was about 45 min later when he called and plans were made to see the property in a couple days. The property is a bit remote and required the use of a snowmobile to get in and Andy provided one for us. In our first interactions with Andy he took the time on a holiday to speak with us and then brought a snowmobile to see the property. Andy goes above and beyond. Not only when you are buying but also selling. We needed to sell a property several hours away from his home and used his services for that also because it is a special property that is hard to price accordingly. Andy went to the property several times to guide us on the best return for investment of improvements and then coordinated needed services to sell the house. Again. Above and beyond service and his knowledge helped us price and sell the house at a good price. We would not use anyone else.
