There is no one more qualified to help you with all your real estate needs than Krista. She is honest, personable, hardworking and is always prepared. She sold our condo in 2 weeks and we got the highest price per sq. foot than any other home in our subdivision. Our experience with Krista felt like she was only working for us and nobody else. She responds to texts and phone calls within minutes and will send and wait for emails in all hours of the day even if its 11:30 PM at night and she is already in bed (true story!). She exceeded all our expectations and we have had the best experience with her than any other realtor we have worked with. Despite having a wide network of family and friends who are realtors, we will only work with Krista in the future.

Krista helped us sell a very nice property that other local agents couldn't get sold. She executed more and better marketing strategies which led to more foot traffic through the property in the "off-season" than the other agents did in prime spring/summer season. Krista was such an amazing realtor!! She was on top of things every step of the way, anticipated our needs and was in constant communication during the home buying process. We were bidding on a highly competitive property and she came to the showing with all preparation and research completed and even was able to make our offer while we were at the property. She advised us on how to make to most appealing offer for the home and the seller accepted our offer over an entirely cash one!!!
