I’ve been a licensed real estate professional in Michigan since 2005, and I’ve spent my entire life immersed in the real estate world. Coming from a real estate family, I often joke that I’ve been “practicing” real estate for 46 years—I’ve truly grown up around the industry. This deep-rooted exposure, combined with the guidance of a fantastic mentor, has given me a unique perspective on the needs of both buyers and sellers. Matt Allen has over 6 years of residential real estate experience and works at Cranbrook Associates as a Buyer Specialist. Prior to joining the team he had several years of intensive land and project development experience, helping to create one of the most successful urban redevelopments, Hantz Farms. Raised in Huntington Woods and a lifelong Metro-Detroiter he brings 30 years of community involvement experience with him helping our clients. He is always in high demand. Matt is a proud military service veteran, MSU graduate and dad to his lovely daughter.

Jason has been a licensed Realtor since 2000 and has extensive experience in the area of client relations. Currently a Realtor with eXp Realty, Jasons primary area of expertise is working with sellers and buyers along with their families to meet and exceed their various real estate needs. He is familiar with the Southeastern Michigan counties of Wayne, Oakland, Macomb, Livingston and Washtenaw. In addition to his real estate license, Jason has two years of study in finance with the University of Michigan and holds a Bachelors Degree from the University of Phoenix of Business. Prior to entering the real estate industry Jason worked as a Project Manager within the automotive and telecommunications industries. Jason enjoys spending time with his two sons, Landen and Beckham.
