Sylvia Rhodes

Hi, I’m Sylvia Rhodes with Fontaine Family – The Real Estate Leader. I help buyers and sellers throughout Southern Maine including York, Cumberland, Sagadahoc, and much of Androscoggin and Kennebec counties. Originally from Tennessee, I’ve called Maine home for the past 11 years. I take pride in helping people navigate the real estate process and making sure they feel supported every step of the way. I personally attend every showing, write every offer, and stay involved through inspections and closing so my clients always have someone in their corner. My goal is to make buying or selling a home as smooth and stress-free as possible.
