I spent years exploring Maine for gemstones and then was brought into the real estate world through my land development activities at the Berry Gem Mine. I have been a listing broker getting large and small jobs done for my clients for two decades! I have had the pleasure of bringing to market larger development properties like Beach Walk on the ocean in Scarborough, Tidewater Estates on the lower Saco River in Biddeford, Stoney Brook Estates Baldwin, Burrill Farm once approved 44 lot in Windham and others. I also have dabbled a little with commercial properties over the years like the oceanfront Pine Point Inn Scarborough, The store on Orrs Island, and The Crystal Lake Inn in Harrison. We are also able to have ZOOM meetings and consultations when necessary if clients are more comfortable with this option.
