Dan Iampieri was born in Howard County attending Glenelg High School, and later Frostburg State University. With over twenty years of full-time experience, Dan comes from a family with a deep history in local real estate. Dan's father, Bill Iampieri, was the longtime Broker/Owner of Caton Realty, an Ellicott City real estate company with over $3.5 Billion in real estate sales since its founding in 1939. The company opened an office in Ellicott City in 1966 making it Howard County's oldest and most established real estate Brokerage by age. Dan joined the firm full-time in 2003, quickly achieving residential sales success and formed his own team in 2006. Outside of work Dan enjoys serving in various capacities at DRCC in Mount Airy and working around his home. Dan and his wife, Pilar, and son Henry, reside on a property known as ‘Northern Ridge' located in Mount Airy, with their dog "Indy". They also enjoy spending time at their beach house in Duck, North Carolina.
