Eric was born in Columbia, MD and attended Howard County public schools. He attended James Madison University and received his BBA in Marketing. Eric began his real estate career In 2003 and teamed up with The Creig Northrop Team of Long and Foster in 2008. Eric quickly became a top producer of a team that went on to becoming the #1 selling team in the entire nation 3 times! Eric is now a founding partner of The Group, which has been the top producing team in the brokerage in sales and volume since 2018! Eric is also an experienced real estate investor, who owns several rental properties; and who bought, renovated and sold many other properties as well. He believes in honesty, a quick response time, attentive follow-up, and looking out for his client’s best interest. He is happily married, and a father of three.
