Meet Steve Parsons — a REALTOR® who truly loves what he does. I’m an Associate Broker with 13+ years of experience, licensed in Maryland, Delaware, and Virginia. I’ve earned multiple NAR designations including e-PRO®, PSA®, RSPS®, RENE®, ABR®, SRS®, GRI®, and CRS®. In 2023, I was honored as REALTOR® of the Year by the Coastal Association of REALTORS®, where I serve on the Board of Directors and as President-Elect. I’m also a graduate of the Maryland REALTORS® Leadership Academy and recipient of the W.H.C. Wilson Memorial Scholarship. With a background in applied sciences and tech, I found my passion in real estate — a career that lets me combine technology, education, and a love for people.
