KC was instrumental in our 8 month endeavor to sell our home and purchase a new one during a pandemic. She was very responsive and was always willing to take us to visit another house. She was very hands-on and was with us every step of the way from repairs to sell our home, to work done on the new house. Shes still helping us out with contacts for home improvement. Thanks KC!

She will do whatever it takes to get your house market ready and the end result, SOLD! We were a team and she is a team player. I was amazed at the speed in which my house was sold and bought to a successful conclusion. Her outgoing friendly personality and her sense of humor are a plus! I highly recommend KC. After a brief getting-to-know period in which she found out our likes and dislikes as well as wants and needs she set out to find us the perfect home. She was very communicative and provided us with lots of insights about the area. She also provided us with lots of advice when we asked her for it and was very direct and honest when she thought we needed a bit of a reality check (we really really appreciated that and came to like her input on every viewing). Her negotiation skills were on point, aggressive enough to get us a good price but also realistic about our expectations. Again, cannot recommend KC more. She will get you where you need to be.
