Chris Nagel has over 19 years experience in the real estate industry. He is licensed in the state of Maryland, District of Columbia and Virginia. He is a graduate of Indiana University of Pennsylvania (IUP) with a B.A. in Small Business Management and Entrepreneurship. Chris joined Coakley Realty in late 2010 to incorporate a team concept with his partner Michael P. Rose and his 30 years of real estate experience. Previously with Weichert Realtors Chris was inducted into the Weichert Realtors Ambassadors club for his sales volume and was also ranked among the top 5 Realtors in the region for buyer's representation in 2009/2010. I have been a Realtor since 2005 helping families with all their real estate needs. I have a Business Partner Frank Holliday, that has been a valuable asset to our success with his technical knowledge and contract expertise. I moved to Maryland in 1995 and prior to that I lived in London, England for 15 years. I am married and a proud Mom of 3 daughters, All three are UMD, College Park graduates. I speak 3 languages fluently including Farsi and French. I enjoy spending time with my family including my two adorable grand children, watching sports and travelling to the UK to visit my mom and two daughters who moved there.
