Nancy Alert is the real deal. There were only 5 stars to give her but she deserves much more. She sold our home within a two week period of time. She visited us on a Saturday, placed the house on the market the verify next day and within a week we had multiple offers. She is very knowledgeable. Almost like she was born to do this. She sat down with us and was very honest and told us what to expect and based on the information that she provided us with, we knew what to expect and everything that she said, came to past. Nancy Alert was our realtor for the sale of our home in Virginia.
