Richard Mc Kinley

Prior to entering the real estate world, Dick started and built a variety of privately- and venture-funded tech startups. But his desire to make an impact on the North Shore community, his home, inspired him to become a founding partner of Harborside Realty. Dick's vision helped drive the introduction of Sotheby's International Realty to the local market. Dick has spent countless hours combining his passion for people and properties, working with buyers and sellers and developing an in-depth understanding of how the local market works. As a fierce and competitive negotiator, Dick has forged ahead with a client-centric philosophy that sets him and his team apart in the North Shore real estate industry. As a true member of the community, Dick has coached youth sports, volunteered with local organizations and recently served as the President of the Chamber of Commerce. He can be seen walking/running, playing tennis or simply enjoying all that North Shore life has to offer.
