From the start of her career in real estate over 8 years ago, Kiara has been involved in community engagement and activism. Community cultivation is something that drives the work she does whether it's focused on small businesses, the arts, accessibility, fundraising or different types of reform. Keeping the community and its voice in mind with her practice, she makes it a point to focus on lifestyle and quality of life when doing this work. While initially entering the field of real estate as a real estate agent, Kiara has since then become an Associate Project Manager focused on building communities that help shape the future.
