I would recommend Muntie to everyone looking to buy or sell a home. I worked with her after town of my aunts, and my sister used her, and I have to say, she is the best of the best! Not only was she successful in selling my home for the asking price, but she also held as many open houses as needed, was a great negotiator, and always felt secure that she was going to do the right thing. Muntie also helped me find a new home and was just as great! She brought me to many houses and did a great job negotiating.

Talk about a realtor that is on her A Game! Were we her only client? Probably not, however, she always made you feel number 1. Phone calls were quick, pictures spot on, and she knew the area very well. Not to mention, my parents were also selling their home the town over for about three years. After the other realtor finally gave up, Muntie Knocked on their door; promised a sale and did she ever deliver! She knew what needed to be addressed and the best way to bring more people into the home to close the deal. We will be using Muntie again with no doubt!

Muntie helped my father sell his home. My father's house was outdated, and I was weary that we would not be able to sell it for what my father was expecting. Muntie was patient and understanding with my father, and she knew it would take time to find the right buyer for the house. Needless to say, she held our hand thru the whole process, a buyer was found and the closing went smoothly. Muntie is fantastic broker, and I would recommend her to anyone looking to buy or sell!

Muntie helped us prepare our house for sale she had open house for brokers which i felt was good our house sold in 10 days she was helpful throughout the sales process between buyer, lawyer, and ourselves.

We saw signs all the time with Muntie's name on it, so we called her along with other agents when we were listing our home. Today, there is a lot of internet tools for buyers that help them find houses and bring it to their agent to help make the purchase. So, in the beginning, I even told Muntie that listing a house today is far simpler than in the past. In the end, she had to work hard to sell our house, with multiple deals falling through and troublesome buyers. Also, the fact that she is a seasoned agent, means that she used a lot of creativity for the deal that was close to the price we wanted, but not quite there. She negotiated with the other agent and her to even come up with the difference between the two of them. Bottom line; Muntie is an experienced agent who knows what she's doing and she bend over backwards to help take care of things with us in another state. I would definitely list my home with her in the future and you should too.
