Tom Sailer was born and raised on Chicago's south side. After graduating from St. Francis de Sales High School, Tom served in the United States Air Force from 1962 to 1965. In 1968 Tom joined the Chicago Police Department and retired 30 years later in 1998. He shortly thereafter began his Real Estate career in 1999. From 2000 until 2006 Tom was a top producing Realtor in a Hinsdale brokerage. In 2006, Tom learned the advantages of Exit International and joined their Naperville office. In 2007 Tom obtained his Brokers license and with his partner, Chris Hochstedt, opened Exit Real Estate Partners in Downers Grove Illinois. Tom has dedicated his life to the service of others.
