Mr. Hickman's work was incredible, and the sale was possible solely due to his expertise in the job. I started the process of selling my home not really knowing what to expect or what to prepare for, but he ensured I was ready for every step of the process. On top of that, because I was out of state during the entirety of the sale, he took it upon himself to personally make sure the home was physically ready and presentable for the various inspections, tours, and even a few repairs.
