I've been a full time real estate broker since 2014. In that time I have taken on multiple positions. I have always been a full time real estate agent and I still am. In 2017 I took on the role of Director of Agent Development. It was my job to help train agents and help develop their marketing plans to meet their goals. Part of that role was staying on top of the most current marketing tools and technology to see what could benefit us the most. That position allowed me to help others and stay on the cutting edge of marketing techniques. At the end of 2019 I accepted the role of Designated Managing Broker of our Grayslake office. I am not accountable for all the training, management, and actions of the realtors in my office. This requires me to stay on top of all the current marketing trends, ethics and laws, real estate practices, and lending practices. This has greatly benefited me and my clients as I am constantly learning and applying the newest real estate tools!
