Highly recommend! Jay is extremely patient and understanding. My husband and I never sold a house before and Jay was so helpful during the entire process. He even gave us tips on things to fix and how to do them. He gave us his honest feedback on houses we were looking at. We knew he was truly trying to help us make the right decision and not just trying to make a sale. The house we ended up buying wasnt even a house we originally wanted to see! But because Jay knew what we wanted he found the perfect house for us! Hes extremely knowledgeable about the area and not afraid to ask questions to the towns he wasnt as familiar in.
