When listing our house, they gave us amazing staging / decorating advice, even bringing some items to help. They hired a professional photographer, a drone, purchased flyers and showed the house during the pandemic. We decided not to sell and they were so nice about our decision to take the house off the market, even after all the work they put in. We upgraded the kitchen and in December 2021 we listed again. They came and took new photos, sent out new flyers and planned to host an open house. We received an above asking cash offer sight unseen. Then they walked us through the whole inspection and closing process. Very thorough. Love them both and highly recommend them.
