I don't know where to begin. I had a hardship and I was in Foreclosure with a foreclosure date of January 4th. I was referred to Freddie by a good friend who worked with him and she said he is a Short Sale Specialist. I wasn't sure what that meant at the time but basically he could help me get out of the foreclosure by negotiating with the bank. He was able to negotiate with the bank to reduce what I owed in order to sell it at market value. But then it was discovered that I had another loan that I thought had dropped off due to Bankruptcy, and the bank wanted $72,000. Freddie went to work on that and got them to reduce it to $5,000. We were able to close one week after our original dat and both me and the buyer were very happy. I can now start over without having a foreclosure on my record.
