Licensed Sales Associate in 2016 and joined Robert Slack LLC shortly thereafter. Her leadership skills quickly shined, earning a Team Lead position for the East Coast area in 2020 and a Broker Associate license in 2022. Today, Colleen continues to grow and guide her team of dedicated East Coast agents at Jason Mitchell Real Estate with over 1800+ transactions closed under her leadership. Shes built a culture rooted in integrity, passion, and people-first service always keeping relationships at the heart of every transaction.
