I started my real estate career in the mid 1990s learning the skills needed to properly buyer and re sell homes . In 1999 I was licensed in Ohio and continue to be along with being real estate Broker in Florida and Alabama .. I am also a licensed community association manager , licensed real estate instructor , licensed home inspector and hold many industry designations/certifications and belong to many industry trade groups . I have had the priviledge of buying/selling and assisting in over 1,500 verifiable real estate transactions over the years . This has allowed to me the unique ability to provide insight to our market and offer viable and practical solutions to our clients .. My goal is sold problems and creat solutions on daily basis .

I was born in Harrisburg, PA. I lived in Greece, England, Turkey and several cities across the U.S. and currently reside in Merritt Island, FL. And have been for the past 23 years. I have offices in Orlando and Tampa as well as experienced agents who are experts in those areas. I am a graduate of Embry Riddle Aeronautical University, with a Bachelor of Science in Professional Aeronautics which is the business side of aviation. I also served proudly in the United States Air Force Since moving to Florida, I have worked in the real estate industry for 20 years and have experience in residential and commercial real estate and hold real estate broker license.
