Bill was outstanding in every aspect of the purchase of our new home! Bill Howell sold my house and did an amazing job. I had to move out of the state and I needed someone to basically manage the property for me. He has all the right resources and people to keep the house clean, to take care of the lawn, and was able to communicate with subcontractors for me as the fence had to be replaced while I was gone. Bill was always giving me updates on the house, if there were views, market trends, and the best thing is he would send me pictures of the house, fence and lawn to confirm progress and to let me know that everything was being taken care of.
