As a Florida resident for over 45 years, Kelly Guttveg has called Martin County home for over 25 years. Martin County is a great place to raise kids among beautiful communities surrounded by water. Her children have gone through the Martin County School System, and she and her family have enjoyed living in “America’s Happiest Seaside Town,” according to Coastal Living Magazine.
Kelly obtained her real estate license in 2003 and followed that up with her broker's license in 2019. Kelly has been a certified paralegal for 35 years, specializing in real estate closings and real estate law for over 20 years. She has also recently graduated with a master's in Legal Studies from the University of Arizona, James E. Rogers College of Law.
