Stephen's parents moved to Stuart, Florida in 1969. Stephen received his real estate license at the age of 19 and his Broker’s license in 1983, when he joined Dutcher-Higginbotham and Bass, Inc. He was a Director of the Realtors Association of Martin County for 7 years. Past CRA member in Jensen Beach and appointed by the County Commission. Past member of the Board of Directors of the local American Cancer Society. Steve is the President of the St. Lucie Condominium office building. Steve has donated his time at St. Mary’s Church distributing food to the needy on a monthly basis for many years. In the event of a local disaster, Steve served on the Red Cross Disaster Team for St. Mary’s Church.
