But Janice persevered. her patience never wavered. She sent us information on another listing, did two Facetime walk throughs of the property, wrote a contract which was accepted. She then arranged the inspection and spent considerable time taking care of problems found during the inspection and finally walked us through closing. her generosity of time, patience, perseverance and dedication were beyond anything we could have asked for. In addition, her knowledge and ability to educate us was critical in finding our home. Finally, we just love our new home.

Our realtors, Janice Norman and Roberta Murray did a great job. They were both nice people who work very hard. They did all they could to make it as easy as possible. Janice showed me many houses and made sure the closings fell into place without a hitch. As for Roberta, we were thankful that the one day where we had so many showings that she stuck around all day to make sure all went well. We also felt they did a great job on the pictures of the house. All in all I'm happy we went with Water Pointe.
