Otniel Gil is a true professional. Our condo was a very unique unit in a very unique building. 100+ years ago. This was the botany lab of the Saint Petersburg high school on Mirror Lake. We spoke of the need to find a buyer that would truly appreciate the 12 foot windows and French doors. The character and the charm of this historic building.
