I have 3 grown kids, 1 granddaughter, Emma, 1 Girl Friend, Wanda. I love being a realtor, I enjoy working with humans to sell and buy homes and vacant land (Commercial & Residential). It was much easier selling a few months ago, in this market you must price it right or it will never sell. I love the adventure that real estate gives me, when listing a home revealing the qualities of the home to the buyers and the search for the right home for the home buyer. A few years ago the home is was worth more money than the seller's dream value. Today it must be priced right. There are many realtors who have better vocabulary than me, that are in better shape than me, who have more money than me, there are few that have more care than me.
